Much like a sports organization that forms actual teams, registrations cannot be cancelled without affecting the rest of the team. Due to the intricacies of choosing and casting a show that depends upon the number or participants, our current cancellation policy is no-refunds.
If for some reason it is absolutely necessary to cancel a registration, the registration fee can be transferred to another person to sign up for the same session, or if it is for summer camp, than to a future session for the same person. 80% refunds are also offered within 2 weeks of registration, as long as it is not after casting.
Again, our hope is that we can encourage participants to commit to the show when they sign up, since it is extremely difficult to rearrange a cast and reevaluate the scenes/songs being performed. In a workshop style camp or club this is not an issue, but since we are rehearsing for a performance, cancellations affect the entire show. Shine Bright Studios encourages a Full Commitment to the cast and the show at the time of registration! Your child immediately becomes a part of our cast! We look forward to meeting them soon!
